In this day and age a pen and paper seems a bit outdated. Most “paperwork” or documents are done online, unlike the old days where you received documents in the post, and then had to fill in the boxes in a meticulous manner and then put it in an envelope and post it back.

So its 2019 and a lot of driving instructors including myself take advantage of the technology available. Of course satnav driving has become part of the driving test, so as soon as a learner driving becomes competent we introduce the satnav into driving lessons. In the car I use an iPad, which is packed with lesson plans, diagrams and videos, all designed to help my learner drivers progress at a quicker rate. For example, Briton Ferry roundabout can seem daunting to a learner driver when they tackle it for the first time. So beforehand, we discuss it, look at a diagram of the actual roundabout, then look at some video footage. Then of course we practice it which usually goes very well. The same goes for other complicated road systems in and around Neath and Swansea.

Over the coming months I plan on making diagrams of the more complicated road systems in and around Swansea. These will be unique to Mark Neill school of motoring and they will be simpler and clearer than using google maps.

If you are looking for a driving instructor to start your driving lessons in the Neath area then please use the contact page or drop me a text.
